The world is vast, and there is so much to discover. However, as seasoned travelers, we often find ourselves revisiting places that have left a mark on us. Sometimes it's to recreate fond memories, and other times it's to experience these destinations from a new perspective. That's why we're excited to introduce our new series: "Revisiting the World."
In this series of blog posts, we will be revisiting some of our favorite destinations and sharing our experiences with you. We'll be highlighting the unique features of each location and giving you insider tips to help you get the most out of your trip. So, whether you're planning your first trip or your tenth, you're sure to discover something new.
In the upcoming posts, we'll be covering some amazing locations like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Hawaii, Washington D.C., Bruge, Las Vegas, Los Cabos, and Portland. These destinations were specially handpicked to showcase the diversity of the world and to help you explore new cultures, cuisines, and landscapes.
Paris
Paris is the city of love and romance. But beyond the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Élysées lies a world of art, history, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered. We'll take you to the quaint bookshops of the Left Bank, the winding hilltop village of Montmarte, and the underground labyrinthine of the catacombs.
Amsterdam
Amsterdam is a city of contrasts, where history meets modernity. We'll explore the colorful neighborhoods, the world-class museums, and the impressive architecture. Be ready to pedal along the canals, savor some cheese or ride in one of Amsterdam's famous houseboats.
London
London is a bustling city with an endless array of things to do. Don't miss attractions like the London Eye and the Natural History Museum. For a unique experience, take a double-decker afternoon tea bus tour or explore London's vibrant markets. Getting around London is easy and affordable with its extensive Tube system. Stay tuned for more London highlights.
Hawaii
Hawaii is a tropical paradise with its shimmering waters, endless beaches, and lush green landscapes. There's a myriad of activities to enjoy - Ziplining across lush valleys, taking ATV tours through the majestic scenery, and exploring lush botanical gardens. The Hawaiian islands are home to beaches of many colors, harboring sand of black, whaite, grreen, and pink. Helicopter tours offer an unforgettable experience soaring over the magnificent landscapes. The lava tubes beneath the earth give visitors a fascinating insight into the island's geological history, and the wildlife here is equally impressive, with colorful birds, sea turtles, and humpback whales taking center stage. We'll recount our exploration of two of the eight major Hawaiian Islands.
Austin
Austin, Texas is a vibrant city full of energy and surprises. Located in the heart of the Lone Star state, this bustling metropolis has something for everyone. From its lively music scene to its unique cuisine, Austin offers an unforgettable experience for travelers from all walks of life. Whether you're looking for outdoor activities or cultural attractions, Austin has it all! The city's laid-back atmosphere provides a perfect backdrop for exploring some of the best sights and sounds that Texas has to offer.
Washington D.C.
Washington D.C. is home to the most iconic landmarks in the United States. We'll take you to the White House, the National Mall, and the Smithsonian Institute. But we also found some lesser-known gems like the Georgetown neighborhood, the National Zoo, and the Renwick Gallery.
Bruge
Bruge is a fairytale town that has remained virtually unchanged for centuries. We'll take you along the cobblestone streets, over the canals, and through the chocolate shops, with a special look at the Cactus Music Festival.
Las Vegas
Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the United States. Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps- it's all about the never-ending entertainment Experience. From the many activies on the Las Vegas Strip, to Fremont street, the container partk, and Area 51 - we'll take you through some of our unforgetable experiences.
Los Cabos
Los Cabos is a tropical paradise with laid-back vibe. It's a destination famous for its stunning resorts, spectacular beaches, and crystal-clear waters. We'll take you to the best local restaurants, show you secret coves, and introduce you to the marine life like the whales or the dolphins. It's also essential to stay safe during your visit and avoid being vulnerable to potential scammers, so we'll share some tips and tricks with you.
Traveling has been an incredibly impactful part of my life. Some of my earliest memories involve going to Austin every summer as a kid. As I grew up, I began to travel more, exploring new places and meeting new people. However, it wasn't until right before COVID that I took my first international trip. That experience opened my eyes to a whole new world of cultures and perspectives, and I was hooked.
Unfortunately, when the pandemic hit, my travel plans came to a screeching halt. As someone who loved to explore new places, it was a tough time for me. The inability to travel was especially challenging, as I found myself feeling trapped and restless. I missed the sense of adventure and freedom that comes with exploring new places.
Despite the challenges, the pandemic has taught me the value of travel in my life. It has given me a renewed appreciation for the experiences and memories that come with exploring new places, meeting new people, and trying new things. I am grateful for the opportunity to have traveled as much as I have, and I look forward to more coming soon!
Traveling has been an integral part of my life since I was a child. From exploring the bustling streets of London to soaking in the sun on the beaches of Los Cabos, I’ve had countless unforgettable experiences that have shaped who I am today. Seeing different cultures and ways of life has opened my eyes to new perspectives and inspired me to think outside the box. Every place I've visited has left its mark, teaching me something about myself or inspiring a creative idea for work or leisure activities. Traveling is not only fun but also impactful, as it helps you grow both personally and professionally. I can't wait to see where my next adventure takes me next.
